In June 2019, the company Tesla sistemi was issued an authorization by the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Serbia, Sector for Emergency Situations, to organize and conduct training for taking a special professional exam for disaster risk assessment and protection and rescue plan.

Disaster risk assessment identifies the type, character and origin of individual disaster risks, the degree of vulnerability, factors that cause or increase the degree of possible danger, consequences that may occur on human life and health, the environment, material and cultural goods, services and economic activities, as well as other assumptions relevant to the conduct of normal life, economic and social activities.

The professional exam for obtaining the License for the preparation of disaster risk assessment and the protection and rescue plan consists of a general and a special part.

The general part is taken in writing by solving the task in the field of disaster risk assessment and protection and rescue plan. After grading the written part, the candidate who passed the exam approaches taking a special part of the exam.

The special part consists of three areas:

• Protection and rescue system and emergency management,,

• Disaster risk assessment,

• Protection and rescue plan.

The candidate who passes the general and special part of the exam receives License for the preparation of disaster risk assessment and protection and rescue plan.

Re-taking and correcting the professional exam is carried out if the candidate has not passed all or part of the professional exam.

A candidate who has not passed the entire exam takes the exam in the first following term.

A candidate who has not passed only one area in a special part of the exam, takes that exam area in the first following term.

In the company Tesla sistemi 01.06.2020. an expert exam was organized for the preparation of disaster risk assessment and protection and rescue plan.

The exam was taken by 10 participants before a three-member commission.
